Jobel was founded in 1978 and since then has been dedicated to the production of footwear components. In an initial phase it only assembled the acquired components until it reached the final product: soles.
In 1988, the company started its vertical expansion with the implementation of a cell for the injection of plastic heels. In parallel, a locksmith shop was created to develop our own injection molds.
In 1994 we installed a section for the production of stiffening inserts.
On this date a new cell appeared in the company, which initially was only intended for the production of masonite heels but ended up becoming a production unit of soles manufactured with cork and EVA.
We started our CAD adventure, with the acquisition of the first software and the first CAM machine.
Acquisition of a metalworking machine tool that allowed us to start the fast and safe prototyping of heels.
In 2011 we acquired the first TPU injection machine. With this evolution Jobel created a wide range of options and flexibility, offering a superior quality product.
Expansion of the facilities and redefinition of the entire productive layout to an organization in islands associated with cells.
We started the production of wooden soles. We favor national cultivation woods, and we have a preference for exotic woods.
We have implemented our ERP, in order to optimize flexibility management and to adapt the productive dynamics to the capabilities of the team that has been renewing itself in the meantime.
We developed our APP which allows the customer greater visibility of our services and direct interfaces between systems.
Jobel is a self-sufficient company that is constantly evolving, both technologically and professionally.
